LOG OFF started in Los Angeles. We were building brands in always on worlds, and slowing down stopped happening on its own. Even the moments meant for rest got crowded.
When we were dating, we both had trouble sleeping. Melatonin wasn’t the answer for every night, and we didn’t want it to be. What was out there felt too clinical or too spiritual. We wanted something in between.
LOG OFF isn’t about doing less. It’s about knowing when to pause, and having something that meets you there.
